Our Story

WEROT TAMARIND was born from our family's long-standing dedication to cultivating sweet tamarind in Lom Kao District, Phetchabun Province, Thailand—a region widely recognized as one of the country's finest sources of premium sweet tamarind.

Our story began with our great-grandparents, who pioneered the cultivation and care of sweet tamarind orchards on the fertile land of Phetchabun. For generations, the knowledge, experience, and wisdom of tamarind farming have been passed down within our family, together with an unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and long-lasting relationships with our customers.

For more than 35 years, our parents, Jumnong Kitrattawerot and Somyot Kitrattawerot, have devoted themselves to cultivating, carefully selecting, and trading premium sweet tamarind. By working closely with local growers, they have earned the trust of customers throughout Thailand through consistent quality and dependable service.

Built upon this strong family foundation, we established K.D. Global Fruit Co., Ltd. with a clear vision: to bring premium Thai sweet tamarind to the global market while preserving the values, expertise, and high standards that our family has upheld for decades.

Today, WEROT TAMARIND specializes in the production and export of premium Thai tamarind products, including fresh sweet tamarind, seedless dried sweet tamarind, tamarind paste, and a wide range of value-added tamarind products. Every product is carefully selected, processed, and packed under strict quality control to ensure freshness, food safety, and consistent quality in every shipment.

One of our greatest strengths is our close partnership with experienced growers throughout Phetchabun Province. By sourcing directly from local orchards, we ensure full product traceability, maintain strict quality control at every stage, and secure a stable supply throughout each harvest season.
